At Keller Williams Premier Realty we understand how critical great training and support are in order for you to achieve a high level of success. With this in mind, we require all of our Agents to make the following commitment: 
 
LAUNCH PHASE
 
                Defined as: Up to 2.2 Million in Annual Production                        Training (required):                                                                                         
    Market Center Orientation               (offered weekly)                
                All Partners Meeting -Office Meeting (monthly)
                CAMP 4:4:3                        (available online @ KWU) or in office
                Business Planning Class    (available @ KWU)
                Paper Work Class                               (offered Monthly)
                Profit Sharing                                      (offered Monthly)                              
                KW Connect Courses        (all) available @ KWU
Training (recommended):
                Regional Training Events
                Family Reunion                 (February, Annually)

                Support offered:
                Consulting with the Team Leader                                                                                                 
                ALC Member of the Day, check MC weboffice for the ALC Member of the day
                Staff 
If you are an agent with a dual career, you will be required to:
                Complete CAMP 443 within 90 days
                Shadow and Host open houses monthly
 
Your goal must be to become a full time agent. We will revisit your progress and success monthly. Your goal should be to have a minimum of three closings within your first 6 months. We strongly recommend that your second career be an evening position so your days and weekends are available for real estate.
